Green Energy Development Program
Green Energy Development Program (PoA) is a platform to support all kinds of renewable energy in Vietnam to take part in carbon emission certificates. SIPCO has agreements with hundreds of small hydro power, solar and wind projects, the PoA would help a renewable energy project to register into carbon system within 2-4 weeks instead of 12-18 month as a normal standalone carbon registration project.
